I had 3 interviews, One was a general phone screen, then I went in for an interview 2.5 weeks later, and then had a skype interview a week after that. I sent a follow up email then heard nothing for 2 months. I felt all of the interviews went very well. Received an email saying they were looking for more experience 2 months later. If it is a no, don't leave the applicant waiting for months. The market is too hot for that right now. In the time waiting I applied, interviewed, accepted an offer and began working at another company.
