Cummins & Partners interview questions

I went in as a contractor and was not interviewed. However I was interviewed rather informally for a full time position. 4 months later and no word of that meeting was ever brought up again. I was promised a meeting with the Managing Director countless times after that, but it never happened, and the meetings were never cancelled. I never received any explanation or apology for those meetings never happened, resulting in my resignation.
