I met the recruiter at college fair. She asked me to apply on college career site as well as Cummins site. After application, I received an interview call within 10 days. The interview took place on campus. There were 2 interviewers. Both were experienced and worked in the company for more than 15 years. Questions were generic such as leadership example, responsibility or BA or project manager etc.

The interviewer was very knowledgeable of supply chain and IT practices. I was very impressed with their professionalism. Questions had more to do with interest in supply chain and what my outlook was for the next 5 years.

Multiple rounds of interview , in face final interview on site. Lots of emphasis on process improvements and cross functional teams, collaboration and teamwork. Relationship building skills etc. You will get an option to discuss how you can improve existing process.
