The interview was actually really relaxed and comfortable for the first phone call, got to know me and my background in the industry. They seemed very genuinely interested in getting to know me beyond the position which is appreciated.

Interview
The 1st was with the hiring manager. She was outgoing and very personable. She was younger than me but was making $100K+ and had stepped into management within her first 2 years at the company. That right there was a huge selling point to me. The 2nd interview was with the team and manager. It was nice to meet the team and see that everyone's opinion matters. The final interview was with the VP and i heard back on an offer within 48 hours.
