Culp Elliott & Carpenter interview questions

I applied, had a phone interview, followed by an in person interview. I was very interested and thrilled with the potential opportunity. After that, I was asked to go off site for comprehensive testing. A little aggravating to spend 2.5 hours testing with no offer. I understand they may have went with someone else who did better on testing, fit, etc. but this testing will not show any of your work place abilities. It is meant to show your critical thinking abilities, and I guess, math without a calculator abilities. Never had to waste so much time for a legal admin position.
