It took about a month to get a call back, and then it was fast moving. I had an interview, and was told next steps in the meeting which was great. However, I never heard back, so I emailed the recruiter. Didn’t hear back. Called them, didn’t hear back. Reached out to the hiring manager. Nothing. Candidates get ghosted often when they apply, but once they reach the interview process, ghosting should never happen.
I felt the interview process was easy. Discussed my background and why I was applying for the position. Informed that my information was to be sent to the hiring manager. I followed up twice to get an update and was ghosted by the recruiter. Very unprofessional to not update candidates on where they stand in the process.
