Phone interview with HR person from corporate office, then speak with regional manager. I am waiting to hear whether I will move on in the process, but I have already decided that I am not interested in this position as it is not a good fit for my skill level and personality.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Culligan in May 2025
Interview
1st interview a phone conversation, offered 2nd interview, went great. Offered 3rd interview, the recruiter ghosted for a week, I follow up multiple times because he asked me what date and time is good for the third interview with the VP of sales. Finally responds a week later said they offered the job to someone else. Love corporate companies like this, super fun just chatting with strangers for absolutely no reason. If you're wanting to practice your interview skills this is a great company to apply to.

Interview
Steady and informative. I was able to track where the next round of questions would come from by prediction built on expanding the current round of questions. Very professional and respectful
I applied online. I interviewed at Culligan (Grand Rapids, MI)
Interview
The process was pretty direct. A Zoom call with HR, followed by an in-person interview with the local manager, and then finally with the franchise owner. The questions pertained to your sales background.
