I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cubic³ in Jan 2025
Interview
The interview process was clearly and concisely laid out ahead of time by Aiswarya of the Talent team in Cubic. She was excellent in communicating how the process would go, what it would entail of and letting me know the job description, salary, benefits all before moving ahead with the interview stages. Throughout the process she was communicative and responsive.
The interview was a two step process. The first interview covered my background, experience and technical ability and the second round was mainly behavioural questions. Both lasted about an hour, the second went overtime a bit because of some chit chat near the end, which was great.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cubic³ (Dublin, Dublin) in Mar 2025
Interview
The interview process was fairly standard and professional. It began with an initial phone screening with a recruiter, where they asked about my background, experience, and interest in the role. This was followed by one or more interviews with team members and/or a hiring manager.
Questions were a mix of behavioral (e.g., how I handle certain situations) and role-specific (e.g., technical, problem-solving, or scenario-based depending on the position). The overall tone was respectful and conversational, and the interviewers seemed genuinely interested in understanding my fit for the role and the company culture.
Communication was timely throughout the process, and I was kept informed about the next steps.
