I only interviewed with the founders. They were quite arrogant but clearly very intelligent. Unfortunately they didn't know what they were looking for at the time and ended up wasting quite a lot of time. Ended up hiring in a different location. As the company scales I'd hope they look for different leadership or sell.

in more or less words: this is the best company in the world why should you have the pleasure of working here?
I had one interview with the CEO via Zoom, followed by a call with the CEO and the COO. Mostly they asked about what I knew about the company, as well as telling me what the role would be.
