Crystal Systems Innovations interview questions

Phone interview followed by in-person interview then in-person offer presentation/salary negotiation. Phone interview lasted about 30 minutes discussing basics, interests, and background. Second in-person interview is with all current members of company, operations and founder/president. Offer presentation is effectively the same as prior interview. Interview process was smooth, negotiations resulted in friction after rejecting the initial offer and obtaining, initially, a higher number. Team then called 24 hours later to revise and ultimately reduce the offer negotiated and provide ultimatum.
