Crux Careers interview questions

The first call with was a recruiter and then I was moved on to speak with the manager. I was told I would hear by the end of the week, I sent 3 follow up emails over 3 weeks and then was finally told that they weren't moving forward because it has been a competitive process - 6 weeks later the job is still open. I don't think they know what they are looking for, I also think that if you are going to set timelines, please meet them. Avoiding several emails asking for an update is unprofessional. The market has been really cruel to recruiters over the last few years.
