      District Manager Interview

      8 Dec 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Crunch Fitness

      Interview

It started with phone calls, but their team never had any idea who had spoken to me last or where I was in the interview process. During the interview, they let me know that they were actually going to plug the hire in as a GM, with the intent that the candidate successfully goes through their training program to move into role. They admitted that their success rate was abysmal, with roughly 80% not completing their program. So they're either terrible at hiring, or terrible at training. It sounded like a horrible place to work with poor culture, and I'm certain I betrayed that impression before I exited. I am not interested in ever working for these people.
