Crumbs Bake Shop interview questions

The interview process was easy and fun. I was interviewed by the shop manager. It took place in the bake shop. Customers are present and other works are present so that made it a little distracting.

Easy Interviewed with district manager and then brief meet and greet with Store Manager. I applied online and was called in about 3 days later. Met with Rebecca (district Manager st that time) and than was asked to come in and meet with my store manager. I grew extensively in this company and experienced my first taste of leadership development .
