Interview
"I had the most pleasant experience interviewing with Cruise. My recruiter was very friendly and responsive - He's done a fantastic job helping me through the process. It took 2 weeks from when I submitted my resume online to when I received an offer, and it could have been faster if I didn't request to have my onsite one week after my phone interview. I enjoyed meeting the team and the hiring manager during my onsite interview. The highlight was that I even had a follow-up phone call with the CEO, and was able to ask him anything! Unfortunately, due to some personal reasons, I ended up not accepting the job offer.

The interview process was fast and straight forward. I do feel like they did not do adequate research on my background and spent a lot of time clarifying gross misunderstandings.

Interview
Very easy, straightforward. I don't think they know what they are looking for. The number of problems are extremely orverwelming, so, I am not sure if I would feel confortable working for a company in that early stage.
