After the phone call interview with HR, I had to go to the office to answer an essay questionnaire about my work ethic. The questions were your average questions for an entry-level role. However, I had to wait there a few hours for the job offer, with them telling me I need to make a decision before EOD, else they'll give the role to somebody else. The offer, might I add, was presented to me 30 minutes before the end of their shift. I declined. (A minimum wage on a 6-day working week and an HR not taking your time seriously wasn't that enticing even for a then fresh grad like me)
