I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Crown Packaging (Richmond, BC) in Apr 2024
Interview
Interview was fine. No difficult exams. However they ask things such "do you have disabilities?" or "have you ever had an accident that caused you disabilities?"
They asked for status in Canada, if I have driver license and a car to go driving to work and some other strange questions. When I said I have a motorcycle, the person started saying it is dangerous and did not want to hire me right after this answer.

Question 1
Asked about my work experience and strange personal questions.
The interview process at Crown Packaging was disorganized and lacked professionalism. There was little to no clear communication about expectations, and the process felt rushed and unstructured. The interviewers seemed unprepared, as if they hadn't reviewed my resume beforehand, and their questions were generic and uninspired. Instead of fostering a meaningful discussion about the role and company culture, it felt like a box-checking exercise. The follow-up was equally frustrating, with delays and vague responses that left me questioning their seriousness about hiring. Overall, it was an inefficient and unimpressive experience that reflected poorly on the company.
I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Crown Packaging (Saint-Ouen, Ile-de-France) in Dec 2017
Interview
Le processus s’est déroulé en deux entretiens. Un premier entretien avec la chef de service, Manager commerciale de la division. Un second entretien s’est déroulé avec en plus le DRH de la division basé en Suisse
