Response time during beginning conversation was slow, point of contact for job posting was out of office. After an initial phone call, was invited to office in person to speak about previous experiences and expectations in the UI Designer role. Was then given a design challenge to complete within a week.
Sent the design challenge in and was told I would be reached out to a week after. There was no feedback on my design challenge, but eventually received an email asking for salary expectations. I gave my number to begin the negotiation from, and received no response. About two weeks later, I sent a follow-up email and received no response. They ghosted me, more or less.
