I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Crowdlinker (Toronto, ON) in Oct 2021
Interview
The first interview was to get a quick overview of my skills and show the current role.
The second interview is with a senior developers, some questions about programming, databases and algorithms.
The last interview is with the CEO and is a cultural fit interview.
I wait almost one month and did not receive any feedback after the third interview. I do not recommend this company

Interview
I'm not really sure if they wasted my time or if it was a genuine decline.
The first interview was with the recuiter which was just a get-to-know-you call which lasted no more than 15 minutes. I was then given an assignment to create a simple MERN stack application with authentication. I had a 5 day deadline but I submitted it the same day and I honestly feel I did better than expected.
However, a few days letter I got an email saying my work was very impressive but they wont be moving forward with my application. Make it make sense to me?

Question 1
Create a full stack (MERN) application with both frontend and backend that can get/post data from a database, and include authentication using any library of your choice. Only need the basic functionality and no fancy frontend required.
Deadline within 5 days.

Interview
① Survey questions (~20 Qs) on general screening topics.
② Casual phone call with PM to review questions on previous form + explain interview process (30min).
③ Technical take-home for simple interface project submitted as a ZIP file.
④ Technical interview with 2 other senior developers, covered very relevant questions (theory, whiteboard) for the role and resume skills (90min). Expect to hear back by early next week, but seems like I've been ignored so likely did not get the role.
*edit. I heard back after 2 weeks since the technical interview to meet with the CEO for the culture fit interview (60min) but I had already accepted an offer with another company so I had to decline.
