CrowdStrike is known for ghosting their candidates, and my experience confirms this. After applying for the position, I received an email to complete the CrowdStrike Falcon Complete Evaluation - Associate through Cyber Skyline, which took two hours. I then had a 15-minute interview with a recruiter, who said I'd hear back within a few days about moving on to the next stage of the interview process. However, I never heard back and had to follow up with the recruiter over a week later, only to receive no response. In addition to their unprofessional and disorganized behavior, CrowdStrike also made mistakes in their communication with me. They sent me an email stating that "there is still availability this week to meet with one of our recruiters for the Associate Analyst Falcon Complete role," despite already having an interview with a recruiter. They also repeated this error in another email, saying "the next step in the process is to complete the online assessment challenge." I informed them that I had already completed the challenge and asked if there was anything else I needed to do to move forward in the application process, but I never received a response. Avoid this employer. Their lack of regard for candidates and poor communication and organization skills make it clear that working there would not be a positive experience.
