6 hours worth of unpaid work and an identity check for an automated message back before ever even speaking to anyone. Absolutely no consideration for the human beings on the other side of the process. Ethically dubious to say the least.

CCAT IQ test, 4.5 hours worth of real work assessments (+ expected prep time)
Randomly got booted out of the process without any feedback after scoring extremely well on one of their absurd amounts of assessments. This was not a good use of my time or a good experience at all.
