I applied Online, followed by Test in Hack, Then they gave one assignment completed well in time, Skype call, person took interview for 1 hr and again asked for one more interview that 2nd round also took for 1 hr, interviewer was asking the questions and expecting very granule level of knowledge , which is not required in practical world. Actually not required to interview that much of time, almost 2 hrs and 2 times , full waste of time of the candidate. Not recommended , about the company also heard negative feed back from the internet.
