I applied online. I interviewed at Crossover for Work (Houston, TX) in Feb 2023
Interview
****CAUTION**** Crossover is demanding applicants provide them rights & use of their biometric data in order to apply for any position they represent. (I was not applying for a government or hight security clearance role therefore this is un-necessary and overboard) Applicants can opt-out by sending an email to them, however if you withdrawal your consent they state they may not be able to continue with your application. (Per Crossover Privacy Policy) Providing access and legal rights to an individuals biometric data is not something to be taken lightly in todays world! I was very interested in the opportunity however I am not willing to let Crossover, it's partners or affiliates free rein to my Biometric data. I believe if more people read this carefully before they check the box during the application process they would decline as well.

Question 1
are you willing to provide full rights to you biometric data?
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Crossover for Work (Miami, FL)
Interview
Ridiculously long and no human interaction. After all the work, like 2 days, they didn’t email me until I asked them a week later. So it fell through the crack and stuck in the system. At no points I can speak to a real human being. You seriously doubt this company is serious. The way they interview, I hope they run the company better than that.
