I applied online. I interviewed at Crossover for Work (Istanbul) in May 2019

Interview was 6 step process that includes these steps:
General questions about your experience.
Psychometric test
Code challenge (4 questions, 110 minutes total)

After passing all 5 of those I'm assigned to Remote University program that evaluated me while working real business tickets for one month.

Question 1
While working at Remote University I also needed to take proctored psychometric test (CCAT) one more time.
Randomly got booted out of the process without any feedback after scoring extremely well on one of their absurd amounts of assessments. This was not a good use of my time or a good experience at all.

Interview
They lure you with a promise of big money, but in the end, they just use your data to sell to their customers.
You have to spend a few days doing the challenges even before you can be considered for an interview ( which they'll still decline ).

Question 1
To complete aptitude test and then a 3h coding challenge which in reality was more than 8h.
Initially it started with a assessment rounds. One was with GenAI and other was real world assessment. And then followed by one technical interview and one behavioural interview. The interview was moderate and basically asks about yourself.
