Worst interview experience ever! How could you evaluate a candidate only if they can answer 50 questions in 15 mins. Maybe someone is really good with maths and answers all question, but would he/she be a great leader and has applicable experience to deliver, not really!
Technology definitely helps, but this is overkill. You cannot gauge everything the same way. In my org, we do use tools to an extent they are meaningful and help us get great candidates rather than not being able to discover great talent.
