I submitted my resume, got a call the next day and came in for an interview the week after that. I was not very impressed with the interview. It was a group interview. I was interrupted a few times without being able to finish answering their questions and it did not have a very professional or organized feel to it. The most frustrating part was that I sent a few follow up e-mails but have yet to hear back or get any response about next steps. I recognize this is a weird time in the world, but a simple e-mail would be nice to have, after taking the time to drive an hour for an interview. Even if their was a decision to not move forward.
