The interview process started with a technical test consisting of java programs and selenium code snippets. After clearing the first round, the second round was a face to face interview on framework related and java questions. The third round was a panel interview. After clearing the 3 rounds I was told I'll be receiving the offer. As soon as I left the place , the HR sends me an assignment related to creation of an automation framework which roughly took 3-4 hours for me to complete. I submitted the assignment before the deadline but still did not hear from the HR since. I really expected a bit of professionalism shown towards candidates who take out time from their busy schedule to attend the interview and companies like these do not value it. It was very strange and a terrible experience.
