The entire interview process consisted of three rounds and lasted approximately two weeks.
1. Phone Screening:
The process began with a phone screening conducted by the HR recruiter. It was a friendly conversation where we discussed my background, skills, and motivations for applying. The recruiter also provided insights into the company culture and expectations for the role.
2. Aptitude round : this round had technical and aptitude test questions based on java and database.
3. On-Site Interviews:
The third round involved on-site interviews at the company's office. I had two technical interviewsâa one-on-one sessions were well-structured, and the questions were relevant to the role. The team was welcoming, and the discussions delved deeper into my experiences and how they aligned with the job requirements.
