Interview
I had one interview with the store manager, and he was somewhat friendly. He spent a fair amount of time complaining to me about people he had interviewed prior to me, as well as chatting about the company itself. Overall, the interview was very laid-back. He had me go over all experience listed on my resume, stating what I had done at each job and why I was no longer working at them. The interview was short, as I think he mentioned he needed to be somewhere, and I received a call back a few days later with an offer.
Typical interview, asking questions about how you would handle situations and also about past jobs. Questions also about coming up with a reason on why they would possibly let you go in the future.

Question 1
If we were to have to let you go in 60 days, what would be the reason?

Way too long, especially such a simplistic position.
Hiring manager was extremely rude, rolled his eyes so hard that it looked like they would fall back whenever you answered a question.
No response when it came to a follow up and no call when they moved onto the hiring process.
A simple automated email saying you moved onto the hiring process would suffice.

it went smoothly. there was a constant flow of questions that you needed to answer, but all of them could be connected back with experience in something you’ve done. yay
