Crius Energy interview questions

The interview process was not that hard. Although I got to Crius through an agency. The process was about an average. It took about 2 weeks for the process. Then I was interervied by 2 former managers. The questions were very easy and the process it was not long after the interview they called me back the next day.

Applied online and contacted by a recruiter. Had a quick phone call with the recruiter and was invited into the office. Was supposed to meet with 2 managers. Only 1 showed up, they were late, and were not prepared for the conversation. It was not clear they knew what they were looking for. I was told I would be a good fit, but then later was told they would not be continuing with my application. Does not seem they ever filled the role.
