Application
I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Critical TechWorks.
Interview
About 1 hour of technical questions about programming, and only about 10 minutes dedicated to soft skills.
An interview for a graduate should be a lot more focused on soft skills rather than technical ones.

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Critical TechWorks in September 2018.
Interview
Sent my resume first, shortly afterwards got contacted to do an in-person interview with HR and a technical member, followed by a proposal a week or so later.
Interview was fairly simple, but I believe at this stage of the company's life they are doing more iterations.

Interview
Didn't get to perform it since I got an email beforehand saying they couldn't access my website aka, my portfolio. I did a check and it was fully online and working at the time. Considered it a very bad sign for a technical interview if something as basic as that wasn't clear for whoever was doing the recruiting.

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Critical TechWorks in May 2019.
Interview
1st is call from HR
2nd is 30 min interview in loco, very impersonal just asking questions and generally a bad experience. Interviews didn’t seem interested in talking or welcoming someone new.
Actually lost the will to work at the company. It’s not worth it to have put up with this.. imagine working with these people..

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Critical TechWorks (Porto, Oporto (Portugal)) in March 2019.
Interview
I applied online and within a minute I got a reply with a small questionnaire. After replying the questionnaire. I got a reply saying they wouldn't proceed because they were looking for a senior. Result, they didn't bother to look to the curriculum, they just made me waste my time. If they looked to my curriculum, they would see that it not only filled all the criteria they showed on the job description but more. Furthermore, if they were looking for a different person why bother sending an questionnaire with such trivial questions? In sum stay away.

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Critical TechWorks (Lisbon (Portugal)) in July 2019.
Interview
It started by asking some questions by email. Then, they sent several multiple-choice exercises to be solved, proceeded by an interview to understand my background and what I have done during my college years.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Critical TechWorks (Porto, Oporto (Portugal)) in April 2019.
Interview
I was recommend by a college that works there. I got a call from HR that took 30 minutes or so and then I had a tech interview a week later +/-. As I got in the building everything looked old and not very well treated. Didn't like the environment at first sight. The interviewers weren't very friendly and in a rush to fire questions and move on. The interview started with questions about what I usually did in two of the companies I have worked and then the tech questions. Then just read some questions that they had on their computer and started firing just definitions. So if you are going to an interview here and really want to stay read some definitions on the web and you are on. I told the interviewer that I did't remember some of them and asked him one that I did and guess what, he didn't know how to answer..... it's easy when you get some crappy questions from the web.... One of the questions was, what I used for refection, I said that I didn't use anything special besides the java implementation but he insisted and told me to say at least one framework that used it. Didn't know what he was talking about, maybe he was trying to make me guess what he was thinking but finally he said what he wanted me to say, HIBERNATE....... so I was right ways disappointed and yeah... that wasn't for me.... well a complete waste of time.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Critical TechWorks (Porto, Oporto (Portugal)) in May 2019.
Interview
First stage was a brief phone call screening where I was asked about basic knowledge regarding Agile and Scrum methodology. Nothing big and straight to the point. Second stage interview was with a group of people where we had an informal conversation about my day-to-day challenges, my experience in other projects, interactions with clients and such. Overall it was a relaxed conversation where both parties got to know a little more about each other. No meaningful technical questions were asked at this stage.

Interview
Normal technical test and some questions related to soft skills.
Even with +7 experience, they refuse my €2K / mo. expectation, they have a startup mindset.
Don't recommend for seniors. Even if you get in, I doubt there's a career development plan.
