Interview
There is a well defined hiring process. You will be interviewed by at least 2 people, usually 3: The director of the unit hiring, your future boss, and if all goes well someone from HR will interview for your profile. Aside from the interviews there will be a small quiz test to evaluate your personality.

In the interviews they will look for professional items of you life as well as personal items form your life. If some mismatch is perceived they will try to understand it better.
1 HE screening call, 1 call with division director, 1 business case sent by email with a few days to work on, 1 final interview with a panel to defend the business case.
