Good feedback at interview but no answer after. They said that will give me an answer but I wait more than a month, stopped another processes and nothing. They should have more compassion for the candidates
interiew process is in four phases,
the first with HR
the second one is the technical With HR and Technical Managers
They only give you the proposal to the job role after all phases are completely and you're not eliminated in between

Interview
It was complex, they are great and know it so they expect ad only accept the very best of the best. They first call you and access wheter you be a good fit, then if they consider so you are called for an interview. Right off the bat they are extremely honest and if they don't see fit they will end the interview and tell you on the spot why is that. I liked their honesty!

What you know about the company?
They dived deep into my CV, you need to know and be prepared to awnser to detailed questions about it. Every period of time you were unemployed and why, why you are looking for a new opportunity, why you left the old job, trully everything.
