Criterion shared their core values and culture in the job description and that was a big one for me. I want to work in a company that aligns with my own values. After I applied in LinkedIn, company reached out to me asking me to schedule a time with Recruiter. I had a 30 minute interview and after that I was asked to do an assessment which was relatively easy. In 2 weeks, I was invited to speak with the management and then there was an interview with the team that I would be working with. I wish I received more updates during the process but I can understand why it would be difficult for any company to update all applicants. I heard that hundreds of candidates applied for my role.
