I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Criteo (Barcelona)
Interview
Interview with HR was very focused on my knowledge about what company does, the pay was only discussed in the end where o realized the range ends much below my expectations
Screening + two rounds, both non technical but had technical aspects where I was asked to answer both Python and SQL questions, and in one case, actually code by writing a query from a set of instructions where you would go step-by-step through the problem

Question 1

I applied online. I interviewed at Criteo in Sept 2025
Interview
Although I didn't get the role, the interview process was probably the best I've had. The process involved a few rounds with both conversational and technical interviews, including a final take-home assessment and presentation. The feedback between interviews was timely, and everyone I talked to was really friendly and kind. The recruiter was also super helpful along the way, and you could tell they really cared about you as a person through the process. After getting the rejection, I was able to talk with the recruiter about feedback and their decision, which was refreshing. The process left me with a positive view of the company and its people!
