There was a phone screening, then test and then an in person interview with the managers and director. The analytical text dealt with formulas and click through rates. It had word problems with calculations you needed to figure out.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Criteo (Madrid) in Mar 2016
Interview
1. Job agency contacts me with job description. (No direct salary informations at all).
2. Asked few questions then they proceed to Criteo directly.
3. Phone call from Criteo.
4. Taking the test (analytical).
5. After passing the test 2 weeks of radio-silence.
6. 'We've found a better candidate. Means -> they can't afford you.
