Interview

CEO and Accounting/HR gal were present and it was very laid back and a comfortable atmosphere. They asked the standard questions about my skills and prior experience. We shared stories and examples of how I handled tough management situations. I had done research on the company prior to the interview so I felt prepared to answer whatever scenarios they threw at me. It was my favorite interview to date =)

Very easy first interview. Applied on Craigslist and got called in. Tell them you're compassionate and caring towards customers. Tell them you understand the heartache and hardship of what hoarding, homicide and suicides can do to people. You don't need to be buff and super athletic to work here. You can be fat, or *like me* be super skinny. You just have to care about people, look trustworthy, and have integrity. No DUI's or anything negative on your license either.

Thank you for your helpful reply. It is true that we are not looking for anything other than people that truly care about others. We want people that go to bed at night knowing they made a huge impact on someones life. We do have field techs making anywhere from $13.50/hour starting to $20.00/hour. Also, come October we will be incorporating profit sharing for every employee! We are looking forward to this and know our staff will benefit as will the company.
