Many stages to the interview process--seven interviews within one week (which was difficult to schedule while still at my previous job) and then waiting another full week before receiving the written offer. Ultimately, they were generous and flexible once they did make me an offer, but my circumstances changed and it no longer made sense for me to join the team.
