Interview
One phone interview, additional in-person interview, followed by a group case interview with a portion for another one-on-one interview with senior manager. Interviews were very laid back, and mostly behavioral questions.

The interview process included an initial screening, a manager interview, a group case study and a final interview. It all went relatively smooth. Tip: Understand the core values, brush up on behavioral questions, and engage in the case study.

Describe a weakness that might affect your performance in this position?
I had a great experience with my interview process with Crew! I had a 1on1 interview and was then invited to participate in a group interview that I unfortunately had to miss due to my college class schedule. They were very flexible with me and offered a second 1on1 interview in lieu of the group interview and I had another great experience with my second 1on1.
