I interviewed at Crestwood Behavioral Health (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
Initial interview was conducted over the phone. I was asked about a certain real-life scenario and how I handled it, and she listed the tenants of Crestwood Behavioral and asked which one resonated with me the most.
I was then progressed to the second interview, to be in-person with the interviewer, who managers music therapy, and another employee, the Head of something related, purportedly. I forget exactly what.
Second interview took about half an hour to an hour, with much of it explaining what the position was. Explained to me was three different scenarios and they asked me how I would manage each one.
At the end of both interview sessions, I was asked "their favorite part of the interview" which was if I had any questions for them.
