I applied through other source. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Crestron Electronics in Feb 2013
Interview
Long, with a mix of knowledgeable and ignorant participants from the company. A disjointed, repetitive, confusing process, answering the same questions multiple times even after employment due to severe lack of coordination between departments.

Question 1
Are you a power user of MS Office? Power User of MS Office, that's right, how ridiculous. For this position it sounded like I was applying for a clerical rather that technical engineering type of job.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Crestron Electronics in Aug 2025
Interview
The interview went quickly and easily. I went through three interviews: technical, on-site, and phone. A coding question and a discussion of the tools I had used during my prior internships were part of the technical interview.

Question 1
Given a list array, return the second largest number from the list.
It started with a phone interview with some basic questions and then in-person interview with a written test plan. Ended with a tour of the company and introduction to products.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Crestron Electronics (Rockleigh, NJ) in Aug 2015
Interview
Very drilling, 8 people interviewing you back to back. No break, no work ethics. They make false promises and never get back. Lot of dirty politics going around, they want to hire their own people or family.
