I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Crest Solutions (Dublin, Dublin) in Feb 2022
Interview
I went through three rounds of an interview process with Crest six months ago. Gave this company more than three hours of my time, and never received any follow-up. Not even an email stating unsuccessful.
It is very wrong for companies to have this attitude towards potential candidates. Even a generic email stating unsuccessful would be sufficient enough. I tried to ask for feedback via email, however, no one contact me back. I now see the role I was interviewing for is being advertised again.
Although the reviews are really good from current employees, they don't value your time as a candidate at all!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about yourself and talk me through your CV,
Tell me about a time you had difficulty with a customer,
Give me an example of a time you worked as a part of a team, Why Crest? Why do you want to leave your current role, What do you know about our company? How do you deal with difficult client?
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Crest Solutions
Interview
It was initially planned fake interview process with 3 interviews: the 1st one was a general one which lasted for about 20-mins, the 2nd was a "technical" one without a single tech question(!) and purely lasted for 10 mins(!) The third one was a final with the CTO, the "interview" was a mix of interrogation and blah-blah-blah verbiage. The questions varied from the ones related to marketing(!) to PM and CTO. And it's not that they do not understand the role of a lead dev, they simply planned to have 3 fake interviews (that's why the tech one lasted for 10 mins) with the goal to reject on the final one, making from it a strange nonsense sort of.

Question 1
Absolutely unprofessional and stupid questions with the tone of interrogation, not related to the lead dev position varying from marketing to PM and CTO role.
