Cresset interview questions

There was an initial screening interview after which I was invited to an in-person interview with higher management. I gave a presentation and was asked several questions based on it, after which there was 1:1 chat with the director. Overall, one of the best interview experiences I’ve had because the project gave me a chance to showcase my process of work clearly.

Interview was divided to two parts, first with your line manager and second with wider leadership and presentation was required. The process was not simple but also not difficult, good preparation was necessary.
