It was a group interview that focus on behavior questions. The environment is free like a panel, and two interviewer were conducting the process while one of them is on livestream.

Interview
Two rounds:
Mostly behavioral. They judge interviewee strengths and how they can benefit in debt recovery.
1st round: HR manager and hiring manager
2nd round: HR + hiring + another manager
They are not looking for experience and would provide training for the selected candidates.
