The interview process had 3 steps - initial video conference round, second face to face round and final client round. The entire process took about 3 weeks and I was offered an employment letter at the end.

Interview
Tougher than MNCs but you should be fine if you know what you're doing. You need to be very strong as far as technical knowledge and analytical skills are concerned. They don't seem to mind if you lack experience in a few tools but they expect you to be able to quickly yo learn new tools and technology as and when required.
