Interview

The interview process is VERY thorough. I had 3 phone interviews, at least an hour each and 2 in person interviews. It is very important to them that they find the right fit for the company and the position. They mentioned numerous times they wanted to find the right person for the right seat.

Very long and drawn out, be aware that it can take several weeks for some. I would recommend calling the office for a status update, before assuming that you did not get the position you applied for.
