Creative Realities interview questions

Process took almost 4 months only to find out the health benefits were not very good for family coverage. Also at the last minute found there's no 401k match and many employees had their pay cut up to 20%. Doesn't inspire me to make a move! So needless to say they lowballed me on an offer. Even told me that they figured I would counter! After learning about all of this, not willing to leave a good paying job for one that pays less and they try to get you for a steal by not recognizing your value. They wanted 15 years if experience, but were only willing to pay for 5 years! Beware, unless you're unemployed or less seasoned, look elsewhere.
