-Not at all satisfied with the company's interview/selection process!
-This is the sort of company that holds 4 short-listings, 6 written tests, 7 zoom interviews and 10 screenings- meaning their recruitment process runs forever. Even after all that hassle, they don't offer candidates a permanent employment contract. They hire you on probation just like any other company.
-What's worse, they don't have a proper HR dept. Hence, owners' personal likes/dislikes heavily influence final selection of candidates. What's the point of all those interviews, tests and rounds if the final selection is going to be biased, I would like to ask them!
-I felt like I completely wasted 3-4 months of my life following up with this company.
