Although it did not start on time, the interview process was very smooth once it got started and the questions being asked were basic. The assistant director conducted the interview because the head director was unable to be present.

Interview
Met with two different representatives of the company at two different interviews. Timing was difficult because of current (at the time) work schedule. I was warned by other employees that yearly raises could be as little as 10 cents per hour.
