Creative Alignments interview questions

The interviewing process was timely, challenging (see questions below), but beneficial and positive. Honestly, exactly the way an interview process should go. I interviewed with the Senior Partner in person and then proceeded to interview with 2 Client Service Directors (they both interviewed and alternated asking questions) over video chat. I was a non-local applicant looking to relocate, and they were conscientious of that and my timeframe. After initial contact for a first interview, follow-up interactions and communication were made within 2-3 business days. The interviews were thorough and required you to think on your feet while displaying your best professional qualities. After my 2nd interview, I received a very convincing job offer 2 business days later and accepted.

Spoke with CEO and thought it went well. Was told I would hear by the following week next steps and heard nothing. I called and emailed- nothing. Then 3 weeks later got a call from the next manager to schedule that phone interview, which they had to push back a half hour because of a meeting. Ok I get it- those things come up. I was told the need to fill this was soon. I was told there were tons of candidates to interview. It’s been almost two months in the process and haven’t heard anything. I’ve lost interest in this position.
