It was very easy. Make sure you dress nice and have a good personality. Answer the questions honestly and don't be to nervous. Use a recommendation if at all possible as long as they enjoy speaking with you , it will be fine .

I replied to their craigslist ad and attached a resume to the e-mail. I got a call back a week or so later to set up an in-person meeting/interview. The interview was informal and lasted less than 10 minutes.
